Door Makers can supply a vast array of door hardware. We are agents for all of the leading hardware brands. We are able to pre-drill doors in our factory for all types of hardware. Grooved Doors
Doormakers limited grooves interior doors to help give homeowners the opportunity to put their personal style throughout their home. With the use of the a computerized system Doormakers limited can groove custom design to help give homes a unique look.
SPECIFICATION
- Interior Wood Door - hollow / sold core, paint quality, MDF, unclashed
- Flush finish: 3, 4, or 4.75mm thick MDF skin
- Grooved finish: 3, 4, 4.75, or 6mm MDF skin
- Prime coat, Arris edge finish, drilled for handles and hinges
- Height 1980mm. Width 410-910mm (in 50mm increments) (other sizes available on request)
- Door thickness: 35, 36, 38, 40, 42mm (other thicknesses available on request)
- Striker plate fitted on jamb
- Jamb and Hinges supplied as kitset
- Note - trim allowance 10mm each side.
- Floor gap: Standard 25mm (to be specified)
- Opening direction to be specified (i.e. left hinged, right hinged, hinged pair) NB: Door Makers uses the New Zealand specification for denoting 'left, and 'right'.
